Increase Advertising Sales

A Spending in Your Community is Supporting Your Services community campaign will provide additional ad revenue while working with community stimulus or revitalization groups and chambers of commerce.

If people in your coverage area have not yet picked up on the importance of spending locally, you may want to develop a campaign to promote businesses that pledge to continue the circulation of the stimulus dollars within the community.

Help Communities Coordinate

A combination of sales with news and editorial efforts will help both your media concern and the community. See if an existing activist group is coordinating stimulus efforts by residents, community service clubs and businesses. 

If there is no service group actively working with this project, a few good articles may be all that's needed to get one going in your sales area.
